Refund and Return Policy

We extend a seven-day guarantee of reimbursement for all of our digital products, on the exclusive condition that the digital manual(s) have not been accessed or downloaded. In the event that the manual has been accessed or downloaded within the stipulated seven-day period and you are dissatisfied, we are pleased to offer an alternative digital manual of equivalent value, or grant a store credit to your account for the same amount.

However, we wish to underscore that if the manual(s) have been accessed or downloaded for offline usage, we are unable to process refunds of collected payments. This policy is rooted in the unique characteristics of our digital offerings; our manuals are purely in a digital format and, therefore, are non-returnable. Nevertheless, we welcome the opportunity to resolve any issues by providing an appropriate solution or an alternative manual where feasible.

In our commitment to countering access fraud, we have implemented a robust system that logs details such as the IP Address, location, and other relevant information pertaining to access or download activity. Our stance against fraudulent activities is unyielding, and we are dedicated to pursuing appropriate punitive measures against violators.
